Non Violent Communication

I think it’s second nature, especially in a world that encourages competion and violence, to react in offhand ways that can be harmful if we don’t notice it. In Non Violent Communication, something I found through mental health struggles, this is so important. There are resources at this site that have a variety of explorations, studies on the nature and effective ability for us to bring this into our daily lives. I think if we can begin to realize the connectedness of all of each other and the world we inhabit, we can truly begin this spring with a renewed focus and clarity. Wishing all a good morning this morning. There is pain and strugggle around us every day, but how we choose to engage with it can be transformative in all conflict, if we can only see it.
